If you have User Administrator permissions, you can add, modify, and delete user mail accounts for your mail host.

To log in to webmail access the webpage from the link on our website at ideaone.com/webmail and select Commercial Webmail.

When logging in, your userid is your full email address (for example, username@domainname).

Select the logon button to log in.
