To enable our Helpdesk to assist you more efficiently please do the following before calling:

  1. Be prepared to leave your name in voicemail. Although we try to have someone always available, if call volume is high you may get an answering machine.
  2. Please be in front of the computer and have it turned on. This is helpful to do troubleshooting while you are at your computer.
  3. Write down any error messages word for word. Often the error message can tell the support technician what is needed to correct the issue.
  4. Have 10-15 minutes to talk with the support technician. If we could, we would love to be able to click a button and the problem go away, however that is usually not the case. It may take awhile to get to the root of the problem and to find the solution.
